When we ship your items we automatically send you a tracking number to the email address you provided at the time of purchase. Look for an email from Stamps.com. Broken Or Missing Items

We ship our packages in in ways that should prevent most breakage or other in-transit losses. But sometimes things happen. It's an imperfect world, but that is why we are here, to fix it. Send us an email at support@pheromoneadvantage.com and we will get back to you within 24hrs during the regular working week. If items are broken, please send us a picture of the broken items if possible.

International Shipments

Shipments outside of the US, take up to 4 to 5 weeks for delivery. Most often delivery is within 10 days. Most delays are due to customs inspections in the destination country. Please let us know if your package is taking longer than 10 days for delivery and we will investigate t the best of our ability. Sometimes our tracking on this side is a little better than you can see from the tracking number on your side from USPS.com. We are glad to assist in anyway.
